LEGO ANNOUNCES NEW SET FEATURING BRIDGE FROM STAR TREK: THE ORIGINAL SERIES
San Diego Comic Con 2026 is underway. Our on-the-scene correspondent Giraffe went to the Star Trek: The Collector Frontier panel, where LEGO made an exciting announcement.
They officially revealed its second Star Trek set: the LEGO Icons Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701™ Bridge (Set #11385). Released in the same month as Star Trek’s 60th anniversary, the model is based on Star Trek: The Original Series, recreating both the iconic U.S.S. Enterprise bridge and the transporter room.
The highly anticipated LEGO set contains 1,701 pieces, a deliberate nod to the Enterprise's registry number. Eight minifigures are included with the model, representing the main TOS cast: James T. Kirk, Spock, Leonard "Bones" McCoy, Nyota Uhura, Montgomery "Scotty" Scott, Hikaru Sulu, Pavel Chekov, and Christine Chapel.
The set is filled with interactive features and Easter eggs that will delight fans both old and new. In addition to numerous cheeky references and hidden details from TOS, this set comes complete with interactive features that allows builders to recreate their favorite TOS moments, such as simulating turbulence with a rocking captain's chair and a lever to open and close the turbolift doors.
This follows LEGO's first Star Trek set, The Next Generation’s Enterprise-D, which was released in November 2025 at the start of the holiday season. LEGO chose to recreate the iconic interior of Kirk's Enterprise instead of another full starship, allowing for character-focused displays and play. This exciting new set exemplifies the expanding partnership between LEGO and the Star Trek franchise as fans celebrate its 60-year legacy.
For fans who are ready to boldly build this new set, pre-orders officially open July 23, 2026, with a September 1, 2026 retail release and a retail price of $199.99 USD (£159.99 / €179.99). Builders will also be able to use the LEGO Builder app, available now on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, for 3D instructions and progress tracking.
