Survival is the Only Lesson: Starfleet Academy “Come, Let’s Away” Preview

This week, Starfleet Academy  leaves the comfort of San Francisco behind for a high-stakes excursion in Episode 106, “Come, Let’s Away.”

After a heavy focus on our favorite photonic cadet, Sam (played by Kerrice Brooks), in the previous outing, the lens shifts toward the survival of the entire class and the difficult choices Captain Ake will need to make.

"Come, Let's Away" Episode Synopsis:

During the cadets’ first training mission on an abandoned ship, they encounter a dangerous new enemy. As our cadets fight for survival, Nahla must risk everything to save them by seeking help from an unexpected, untrustworthy, source.

Written by Kenneth Lin & Kiley Rossetter and directed by Larry Teng, “Come, Let’s Away” sounds like it’s leaning into that classic Star Trek tension; blending the wonder of exploration with the sudden, sharp reality of a galaxy that isn't always friendly.
