Travel to "The Elysian Kingdom" With 31 Images New Images From the Episode

Travel to

Once upon a time, on the mystical starship Enterprise...

We're getting closer and closer to the Strange New Worlds season one finish line: cue all the sad tears here. Don't worry, though. The eighth episode of the series, "The Elysian Kingdom," is about as Star Trek as it gets. Here is the official synopsis for episode 108.

The U.S.S. Enterprise becomes stuck in a nebula that is home to an alien consciousness that traps the crew in a fairy tale.

"The Elysian Kingdom" is written by Akela Cooper & Onitra Johnson and directed by Amanda Row.

We have a very special edition of the pod this Thursday, as Strange New Worlds costume designer Bernadette Croft joins us LIVE right at the top of the show, 9:30 PM ET. This is an episode you won't want to miss. We'll talk about the updated Starfleet uniforms, working with Gersha Phillips, and of course, the fantastical costumes from "The Elysian Kingdom." While you wait for Thursday, you can get a good look at those costumes in all their glory with these 31 images from the episode.

One more fun fact. La'an's dog in this episode? Yeah, it's Christina Chong's dog Runa. Amazing.
